We had to wait for a cart for like 30 minutes and then had to wait another 15 minutes to tee off. In addition, at 1st I was totally cool with my next complaint but after our experience i became uneasy about it. I saw him around 12:30pm ant that was that so I dont think it was him perhaps just the way the course is managed. i saw the marshal only once, great older guy. Where was the marshal? It was only 3:30pm. Every group was waiting for the group ahead of them and in some holes you even had 3 groups waiting to tee off.
Every hole had 3 groups at the tee, fairway and green. The back 9 would of definitely taken us 4 hours. When we saw this, of course we became upset. it seemed like a family and they seemed to be enjoying themselves but man, this is not how you play golf. There was a group in the 17th hole with 7 players. In hole number 12 we then waited 15 minutes and we then became annoyed since it was also getting late so we decided to drive the whole course to hopefully pass a group that might perhaps be holding everyone back. Once we reached the 11th hole, Im not exaggerating when I say that we waited approximately 25minutes. Waiting for the next hole was fair, no more than 5 minutes. I went during MLK holiday there were a lot of people but it wasnt overwhelmed. They replied to the reviewer that they are looking into the improvement of place of play. I just read a review that was left a few months ago regarding pace of play and a marshals. The course is well maintained so now why a 2 star rating?. all of these factors make the course great and I praise them for this. The course is challenging not just because of the lay out but because of wind, elevations, and widths of fairways.
